Transformation Package Level 1 | Empowered Transformational Coaching

Transformation Package - Level 1

Three courses. Nine days. The whole of Level 1.

Clear the influences that were never yours. Release the beliefs and emotions underneath them. Then find out what you are actually here to do.

1B. Masculine and Feminine Coaching™

You learned early who to be to stay safe. Whose voice to listen to. When to push, and when to go quiet.

Those influences are still running. And they were never yours.

Over three days you uncover the patterns sitting underneath your reactions, reframe the stories that made you feel stuck, and bring your inner masculine and feminine back into balance. No more forcing. No more holding back.

This is where self-sabotage starts to lose its grip.

1C. Matrix Therapies® Coaching

You are not stuck. You are responding to patterns that once kept you safe.

Matrix Therapies goes underneath the behaviour, to the beliefs and the trapped emotions holding it in place, and clears them.

What you notice afterwards is space. More clarity, more calm, and far less resistance when you go to move.

Three days, and the weight you have been carrying is lighter.

1D. Passion and Purpose Coaching™

Your purpose is not something to chase. It has been there the whole time, quietly directing you.

Using the archetypes and your own life, you find your three Passion Archetypes and your Talent, and see the Genius Flow they make together.

What felt confusing starts to make sense. Not because you became someone new, but because you cleared what was in the way.

Three days to know why you are here, and how you are built to do it.
