Someone once said to me, "Christine, you must have it all figured out to do what you do."
I smiled.
Because the truth is, I arrived here by walking through the fire. Not above it. Not around it. Right through it.
I know what it is to feel crippled by social anxiety. To shrink in rooms. To say yes when every part of me wanted to say no. To look successful on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside, held back by a voice that whispered I wasn’t quite good enough, not quite worthy enough, not quite safe enough to show up fully.
I spent years in that pattern. And then I did the work to break it. Not just surface work, but deep, subconscious, root-level work that actually changed the way I saw myself.
Today, I am an internationally accredited Life Coach and Trainer, an NLP Trainer’s Trainer, and a Hypnotherapist. I have spent years helping entrepreneurs, high-achievers, and growth-seekers break free from the unconscious patterns keeping them stuck, and step into the lives they actually want.
But what I am most proud of is not a credential. It is the moment a client’s eyes change. When the weight lifts. When they sit up a little straighter and say, “Oh. I see it now.”
That is why I do this work.
